This varient brings flavors of bitter-sweet dark chocolate, robust Italian coffee, thick fudge, molasses, hefty bourbon and oak. A truly unique beer and dessert all in one glass!

Collaboration Beers:

Colab #3 – Salted Caramel Brown
Brown ale brewed with Mindo caramel and pink Himalayan salt – 5.8%
Brewed in collaboration with Fermenta – Michigan woman’s craft collective.

For this special batch of brown ale, Mindo Chocolate Makers from Dexter MI whipped up a unique batch of caramel just for this beer. To match the salt used by Mindo, we added additional pink Himalayan salt to the kettle as well. Look for this one of a kind beer on tap in our tap room and at the Michigan Brewers Guild Summer Beer Fest!
